Manchester Bee Bunting

As you are probably aware on Monday the 22 of May a suicide bomber walked up to the Manchester Arena after an Ariana Grande concert and detonated a bomb killing 22 and injuring many more. Many people are fundraising to help the families of the victims, and after a conversation with the Etsy Manchester group I decided to play on my strengths and have written a pattern for bunting.

All donations will go to the British Red Cross in general instead of the specific Manchester fund so the fundraising can continue to help people long in to the future.

To receive this pattern you will need to donate on my Just Giving page, once you have donated (as much as you can, even £1 is something) you will receive a password to access the blog page for the pattern (it’s like being a spy  in a black and white movie)

I am so good I have written the pattern in UK terms here  and US terms here

Again you can’t see them until you donate here and get the password.

    • The code, with links, is on your receipt from Just Giving. If you did not receive a receipt either your donation did not process or it is in your spam folder. I’m sure that you can understand that in order to guarantee donations are made I can not send the pattern without proof of a donation. Have you checked your spam folder?

    • When you donated there should have been a code in your email receipt, follow the link on this page to the crochet terms you would like (US or UK) and input the code, that will make the pattern visible. Let me know if you have any problems.

    • Your email will be from Justgiving and entitled: “Thank you for your donation to The British Red Cross Society”

I just did it, it worked really well. The email has the link to the pattern and a password you’ll have to type in when you get to the page.
