My bathroom is empty

My bathroom is empty

The sun block is gone

The bug spray, preventative and cure, are no longer on the shelf.

I am back under the duvet while I count sheep at night

The Hellions have extra blankets, a mother worries you know

Jumpers and hoodies are the new favorite clothes.

Salad is no longer packing our fridge

Pies are being planned

The slow cooker is out and ready to be used.

New wellies have been bought

Old wellies dusted off

The summer is over.

The trees are turning ginger

The cobwebs are wearing jewels

Autumn is here
